Troy Miles

Troy Miles is a visionary entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the life insurance industry. His reputation as an inspirational leader stems from organically growing agencies into multi-million-dollar business ventures, all while encouraging and promoting the success of everyone around him.

With his infectious personality, Troy is a highly effective leader capable of influencing thousands. Born and raised in “the hill district” of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Troy has always believed that a person can do anything they put their mind to so long as hard work, perseverance, and dedication are involved.

In August 2009, Troy partnered with Lincoln Heritage Funeral Advantage®. Starting with a few friends who shared an unwavering determination for success and financial freedom, Troy grew The Miles Group into the number-one agency within Lincoln Heritage since 2011. As Regional Director, he has been changing the lives of agents and their families throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, Indiana, and Florida by providing an amazing opportunity to people from a variety of backgrounds, skill sets, and educational levels.

Philanthropist, educator, community leader, visionary, innovator, humanitarian, and entrepreneur—Troy has been featured in several print, television, and social media venues and is the recipient of numerous notable awards, including the 2018 Cyril Wecht Western Pennsylvania Humanitarian Award. He believes strongly in giving back to his community and teaches his agents to do the same.

He has educated countless individuals on the value of final expense coverage but more importantly, he educates others on the value of changing one’s mindset to change one’s life for the better.
